About the plan limits
The current control plane does not enforce node or seat counts in code — the numbers above are a contractual limit that we reconcile operationally. If you go over, we contact you about upgrading; we do not silently cut service. Turning those limits into an admission check on the request path is planned work.
About payment and renewal
We accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. Hosted plans are prepaid per period: an order buys one whole period, and nothing is auto-charged. We remind you before expiry, and you pay the next period only after you confirm.

- What actually differs between self-hosted and hosted?
- Self-hosted, the control plane runs on your machine and no data passes through us. Hosted, we provision a dedicated control-plane instance for you and operate it, so session metadata and transcripts routed through it live on that instance. The software features are the same either way.
- Is the hosted instance shared with other customers?
- No. Each customer gets a separate instance, subdomain, and data directory. The isolation boundary is the instance.
- Can I try before buying?
- Self-hosting is a complete trial and needs no contact with us. If you want to trial the hosted plan directly, get in touch and we'll arrange it.
- Can you issue an invoice?
- Yes. Request one from the console after payment and we'll issue a VAT invoice against the title and tax ID you supply.
- How is a mid-period upgrade priced?
- You pay the difference prorated over the days remaining, and the new period restarts from the upgrade date.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — the terms are in the refund policy.
